In April 2023, 5 crew members were repatriated from the Dominican Republic. Local lawyer in the Dominican Republic has started the legal actions against the owner on behalf of these 5 crew members.

In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “LUA”, with IMO No. 9557630, please find the latest communications:
On April 27, 2023 we have been informed by the crew members that they are in their countries of residence and that they filed a process to recover their employment benefits.
