Through email dated November 23, 2023, the seafarer responded " ....working in Star-I now current position in outer anchorage of Mina Khalid Port. I have received the October salary to our account and the Owner arranges the visa to sign off Both of us. We are withdrawing the complaint against the vessel and please allow the vessel to go to Sharjah anchorage to make sign off by the owners agent and repatriate to our home".
