In response to the labor complaint filed against the vessel "SONA", with IMO No. 9005053, you will find the latest communications:
1. Through Email dated on November 29, 2023, the PMA sent 1st communication addressed to Owners, Operator, and/or Local Resident Agents, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures taken to correct such deficiencies.
2. This administration has imposed an administrative restriction over the vessel.
3. Through Email dated January 17, 2024, the activation of the financial guarantee was requested.
