MV ¿Rosethorn¿ is laid up in Brunsbüttel, Germany, since August 2008, for more than one year. No repairs carried out
since. The crew member who refused to leave the vessel because of outstanding wages left her already some time ago; there is actually no crew on board to date. It is unknown to the German Government, if the
outstanding wages have been paid by the owner.
