The Ship manager for this vessel is involved in a number of abandonments and has now been entered onto the ITF’s Seafarers Breach of Rights Index

Through email dated October 3, 2023, a message is sent to the owner informing him of the complaint received and the failures incurred and asking whether or not payment was made.
Through email date November 23, a message was received from the shipowners informing us of the following: " ... Well noted your below, We will internally investigate the matter and if found to be true and correct then wages will be cleared and settled by next week. Kindly exercise patience".
Through email dated November 23, 2023, a message was received from the ITF mentioning that" ... I would like to infonn you and share the latest information we have about the MLC Complaint that seafarers' salaries starting September 19 Until October they were paid, now what remains to be paid is the previous salaries ... ".
