In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “GAS VISION”, with IMO No. 9115303, please find the latest communications:
This Administration sent an email to the shipowners, informing them of the labor complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting that they inform us of the measures adopted to correct said deficiencies.
On June 6, 2023 we sent an email to P&I requesting the activation of the financial guarantee.
On July 7, 2023 the P& informs us that 19 crew members will be repatriated on July 10, 2023, and that they will be paid in cash, they send us proof of payment for some of the ship's crew members.
We request proof of payment from the owner for the months of April, May and June for all crew members.

Crew who were requesting repatriation have disembarked the vessel and they received their December wages
Govt. of Panama (20 March 2024)
Through email dated January 5, 2024, confirmation of payment from one of the crew members is received via attached email. The same day, the ITF inspector responds that he will confirm with the crew the payments made the amount of wages owed.
