Due to the historic origins of this case it is not known whether or not the flag State was notified.

ITF (16 February 2007)
Recently the vessel was sold for scrap and the ITF inspector was involved in negotiations resulting in the crew agreeing to leave the vessel on payment of 15,000 Euros each.

This case is settled but not resolved in the sense that all outstanding remuneration was not paid to the seafarers concerned.
