There is a legal claim on behalf of nine crewmembers but the case still pending in court.

The vessel is to be scrapped. A public sale is awaited to try and recover the owed wages, however it is feared that once the operational and scrapping costs are paid there will be few funds remaining. The crew were repatriated by the Red Cross.
