Last Information: By email dated July 10, 2023, the operator informs the ITF of the following: "In special circumstances and despite all restrictions and limitations, we diverted the vessel to the first available port and managed to dismiss the staff that was hired ". "Whoever requested cash received it and we settled the outstanding debt in the presence of the ITF representative. "We did this to the satisfaction of our crew despite all the consequences we may face for this decision; Please refer to the attached statement of salary agreement." By email dated July 17, 2023, the ITF requests the following from the owner "acknowledging receipt of the owed payment of 9 crew members and their repatriation and we request information and evidence of payment of the rest (7) of the crew on board)." Through multiple emails we requested evidence of compliance from the owner and the resident agent and we are waiting.
