Comentarios y observaciones: | Panamá (26 Agosto 2022) In response to the labor complaint filed against the vessel "SOL", with IMO No. 9397030, you will find the latest communications: 1. Through Email dated on July 27, 2022, the PMA sent Communication addressed to Owners, Operator and/ or Local Resident Agent, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures taken to correct such deficiencies. 2. This Administration has imposed an administrative restriction over the vessel. 3. Through Email dated July I l , 2022, the activation of the financial guarantee was requested.
Fed. Int. de los Trabajadores del Trasporte (ITF) (30 Noviembre 2022) Vessel has been sold by way of judicial sale and crew have been repatriated. Wages remain unpaid.
Panamá (20 Marzo 2024) Through email date July 27, 2022. We have sent an email indicating to the P&I and the operators that we are awaiting information on when the crew will be repatriated and when the payment of at least the 4 months of P&I to be paid will be given. Through email date August 22, 2022, mail is received from the owners communicating the state of the boat in general, including provisions. Through email date November 8, 2023, the ship's financial guarantees are requested.

On March 25, 2024, PMA sent an email to the ship's resident agents requesting information about crew payments.
On March 21, 2024, the resident agents reported the following:
“On September 18, 2023 we were informed of the judicial sale of the ship carried out in India, of which we have no information about the new owners. However, according to information on the Sea Web (IHM database), the ship is apparently now called HARMONY, and is registered in the Cook Islands.”
