Your below e-mail with this notification on abandonment onboard our registered ship RICH ANNA has been well received with thanks.
In this regards and as any other similar case, this Administration takes very seriously this situation; therefore, we commenced our investigation immediately.
As soon as we have the outcome of this investigation and the confirmation of payment from the owner, we will inform you accordingly.

In connection with the below communication, please be informed that this Administration was in contact with the owner/operator of subject vessel in order to understand the situation and solve it as quickly as possible.
In this regard, please be informed that all crew members reported with unpaid salaries were paid. Please see attached wire transfers for your easy reference.
Additionally, the owner confirmed that they had some issues in respect of the remittance to foreign countries, but all actions were taken in order to avoid a similar situation in the future as well as to comply with MLC, 2006 regulations.
I hope this can assist to resolve the case.
