In addition, he has not been paid his salary since January 2024 even though the other crew have been paid every month. The ship seems to have been detained by the PSC officers in Haiphong, Vietnam due to some serious deficiencies since March 2024 |

We have attached copy of message which includes copy of Comoros registration certificate.
We updated our records on 22nd July 2024.
