This case was reported by Moisés De Gracia -IMO Panama Representative and ITF, due to the abandon of the crewmembers, owing 15 months of salaries, and pending repatriation.

When the crew joined the vessel it had been anchored for three years. Probably vessel is out of class. Company ignores to contact the ITF.however, in case of Qaaswa the company did reply once the ship was arrested.
