Feb. 2, 2017 - the Heraklion Port Auth. and the seafarers informed the Flag Administration of the Owner’s failure to pay outstanding wages, deliver food/water, and fuel to the vessel.

Dec. 2016 to Jan. 15, 2017: The Flag Administration contacted the vessel’s Owner/Operator numerous times; both denied liability for replenishing provisions, paying wages and arranging repatriation. Jan. 16 2017,the Flag Administration detained the vessel at Heraklion due to owner/Operator failure to deliver food, water and fuel to the vessel. Provisions were later delivered by the Indonesian Embassy near Heraklion. Feb. 16, the vessel’s statutory certificates,including the Certificate of Registry, were suspended,pending payment of wages and repatriation. Feb. 21, the Flag Administration offered the crew repatriation.
