This Maritime Administration has been advised on 22nd April 2010 by one of our Surveyor that the vessel had been arrested in Miami at about mid-March due to unpaid crew wages. No further information were received by this office until the 17th September 2010 when we were advised that the vessels had been sold on Court Order on 2nd September 2010. We then obtained from the Court the documents copy herewith.
