| Circunstancias: | Problems with wages since December 2008, most of the original crew were repatriated to Russia/Ukraine paid by the owner/agent, but it is believed that the outstanding wages were not paid. New crew joined the vessel, unaware of the company¿s problems. On June 17th the agent ceased provide supplies due to arrears in port fees, electricity and water costs. Food was subsequently supplied by Stella Maris. Crew were eventually repatriated with assistance from Polish and Russian Unions and Stella Maris. Vessel remains moored in Gdynia-Dalmor Port with no crew on board. |

The last crew members 2nd Eng. and Cook went to Russia and Ukraine on 21st October 2009. The repatriation and visa costs for the above mentioned 3 crew members were covered by the NMS NSZZ ¿Solidarno¿æ¿, SUR and Stella Maris Gdynia.
