Comments and Observations: | Govt. of Greece (21 November 2023) Shipowner provides efficient supplies on board
Govt. of Greece (13 December 2023) Further to our previous correspondence regarding the subject vessel, please consider updating the IMO/ILO joint database on abandonment, noting the case as resolved. As stated in our letter dated 21-11-2023 [(ref. (b)], on 07/11/2023 an inspection was conducted by PSC officers of the Hellenic Coast Guard at the port of Kalymnos. The inspection showed that there are no unfulfilled financial obligations of the shipowner to the crew regarding their wages, while all repatriation requests have been successfully satisfied and vessel has been fully supplied.
