Circumstances: | Seafarers have not been paid for 2 months since February 2018 and they have requested repatriation except Fitter. The ship is sold to other company quite soon and new crews are getting on board on 10 April 2018. Seafarers feel fear on being discharged from the ship without any salaries. Company is suspicious of Chief Engineer being involved in fuel and lubricating oil theft. |

Actions taken: | 9 April 2018: Other Seafarers applied to the insurance: Request letter from seafarers sent to P&I club, the American Club, and asked to handle this case together with PSC officer and Togo Navy.

Repatriation status: | 7 April 2018: Other 2nd Engineer was repatriated on 7th April 2018 due to severe back pain but with no salary payment.
