Comments and Observations: | Other (22 February 2012) According to ship records of the International Ship Registry of Cambodia, the vessel which was registered under Cambodia flag has been expired in the validity on 7th September 2011.
Govt. of Philippines (27 March 2012) The vessel ran aground at the shoreline of Rena Point, Sitio Abanatangen, Agno, Pangasinan on 19 Dec 2011. The shipowner, Sino Genesis Investme Ltd based in Hong Kong,refused to respond on the series of coordination made by the authorities particularly on the disposition of the crew. All crew members,except for O/S He Shang Yeng, have been repatriated to their country. O/S He Shang Yeng had stayed on board to guard the ship. To date, neither the shipowner nor his respresentative has come forward to claim the ship.
