Comments and Observations: | Govt. of Turkey (12 March 2024) According to the latest information received from Tuzla Regional Port Authority regarding HAKSA vessel; during the inspection carried out on 07.03.2024, it was determined that the maintenance and repair operations of HAKSA vessel are still continuing at a shipyard in Tuzla Shipyards region, there is no problem with the shipyard, there is enough oil, fuel, provisions and fresh water for daily life on board. In addition, the master of the vessel stated that the salaries of the personnel had not been paid for 2 months. The Tuzla Port agent of the vessel reported that the shipowner has approved the departure of the Second Officer whose contract has expired and confirmed that he will be sent to his country Ukraine by highway. "
