Comments and Observations: | Govt. of Myanmar (31 March 2023) It is reported that Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services (SRPS) company from Myanmar contacted relevant international organizations such as ITF, P&I, Flag State and shipowners regarding the case, and according to ITF(England)'s coordination, P&I (MS Amlin Marine N.V.) will settle for the remaining salaries and repatriation of the Myanmar Seafarers.
Govt. of Panama (19 July 2023) In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “GUARDIANS”, with IMO No. 9165451, please find the latest communications: Through Email dated June 28, 2023, the P&I Club responded: "... Please find attached the proofs of payment.
So we are happy to confirm that all the crew has been repatriated and they have received all their wages. Please find attached the signed Receipt and Release forms for the same, covering both the 4 months ’ salaries under the financial guarantee and the rest of the salaries on top of the 4 months ’ salaries".
ITF (5 September 2023) June 2023 a crew change took place and all crew were repatriated and paid their owed wages
