Comments and Observations: | Other (23 March 2022) International Group of P&I Clubs stated that:
West of England have informed that the Club no longer holds the entry for the Owners of the vessel and the MLC certificates were cancelled on 30 November 2021. ITF were informed on 11 February 2022.
ITF (21 June 2022) February, March and April wages have now been paid. The Filipino and Jordanian crew have been paid for May. We are awaiting the payment of wages for May for Pakistani crew which we are informed will be paid by 30th June 2022. As the owed wages for the reported abandonment have now been paid, we consider this case to be resolved
