Comments and Observations: | ITF (14 February 2019) It appears that either the ownership of the vessel is being changed or the vessel would be bare boat chartered. Crew employed by both the new and previous owners are on board. There is some dispute between owner/charterer/cargo owner. The vessel is currently outside Malta territorial waters.
ITF (9 December 2020) Crew received 72% of owed wages and were repatriated in July 2019 – RESOLVED
