Actions taken: | 10 May 2010: Other ITF and vessel agent acting on his own, have occasionally provided food, water and supplies for seafarers on board. Piraeus Port Authority at regular intervals invites shipowner to fulfill its obligations to the vessel's seafarers and has also notified the Embassies of seafarers' nationalities.

Comments and Observations: | Govt. of Greece (12 July 2010) Ownership of vessel has been transfered to "VENUS STAR TRADING IMC" after auction and the name of the ship also changed to "LPG/C Enigma Gas". Master and crew have been repatriated to Philippine and Romania. Relavent travel expenses covered by ITF and Romanian Embassy. The outstanding payment of crew members will be subjected to the progress of the procedures pertinent to the auction proceeds.
