Govt. of Saint Kitts and Nevis (23 September 2024) As per the attached, the case is now closed with effect of 19th September 2024 by ITF.
Govt. of Saudi Arabia (26 September 2024) In reference to the complaint raised against the vessel "Brother I," flagged under Saint Kitts and Nevis (IMO 904409) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , we would like to inform you that a thorough inspection of the vessel was conducted by Saudi Port State Control (P.S.C). During this inspection, the vessel's captain confirmed that all outstanding payments have been resolved and settled. Furthermore, the current crew members have reported no issues regarding unpaid wages.
Given this clarification, we kindly request that you take the necessary action to close the complaint on the IMO/ILO joint database.
