2011-04-01, the Time Bound Project (an ILO/IPEC finalised project launched in 2005) aimed at supporting former child labourers in agriculture in Kenya strengthening primary education and vocational training, economic empowerment, and capacity building for the Government and communities. 6 years later the tracer study which took place in Kenya involved tracing former beneficiaries and interviewing them to try and point out what had worked, and under what circumstances.
