Under Labor Advisory No. 02, Series 2013 concerning Requirements for Compliance with Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, as supplemented by Labor Advisory No. 02-A, Series 2013 concerning List of Additional Recognized Organizations Authorized to Conduct Inspection and Certification Pursuant to the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, the Philippines Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) have authorized the below list of Recognized Organizations (ROs)to conduct inspections and issue the Maritime Labour Certificate on its behalf.
