Submission. The Committee once again notes with regret that the Government has provided no reply to its previous comments. It recalls once more that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. The Committee therefore reiterates its request yet again that the Government provide information on the submission to the Supreme Council of the five instruments adopted by the Conference at its 103rd (the Forced Labour (Supplementary Measures) Recommendation, 2014 (No. 203), 104th, 106th and 108th Sessions (2014–19). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
