Convention (n° 98) sur le droit d'organisation et de négociation collective, 1949 - Saint-Marin (Ratification: 1986)

The Committee notes that a legislative reform regarding freedom of association and collective bargaining is under preparation. Recalling that the Government can avail itself of the technical assistance of the Office, the Committee requests the Government to provide any information on the development of its legislation and on the application of the Convention in practice.
