In its previous comments, the Committee had, in order to evaluate the manner in which legislation is applied in practice, requested the Government to indicate the different kinds of facilities provided in existing collective agreements, the number of existing collective agreements, the sectors covered and the number of workers to whom they apply. The Committee notes the indication from the Government that the information it requested is not available at this time.
