The Committee notes with regret that the Government’s report has not been received. It noted the brief indications provided by the Government in a report received in September 2009 concerning the legislative texts governing the Tunisian Employment Agency. It requests the Government to provide, as it has in the past, statistical data on the number of public employment offices established, the number of applications for employment received, the number of vacancies notified, and the number of persons placed in employment by these offices (Part IV of the report form).
