The Committee notes with concern that the Government’s report has not been received. It expects that the next report will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous comments.
Repetition
Articles 4 and 5 of the Convention. Exceptions to the rules on weekly rest. Referring to its previous comment, the Committee notes the Government’s indication in its latest report that the regulations implementing the Labour Code which establish arrangements for application of the weekly rest period to certain occupations and determine the relevant conditions are being drafted, with a view to subsequent submission to the tripartite National Council for Labour and Social Security (CONTESS). The Committee hopes that the Government will be in a position in the very near future to provide a copy of the above-mentioned regulations, taking due account of the provisions of Article 4 of the Convention.
