Pursuant to Marine Circular MC-13/2012/13/2, of February 2013, concerning Suggested Steps for Shipowners / Operators to Obtain Certification for Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006), the Tuvalu Ship Registry has authorized the following recognized organizations (ROs) to carry out inspection and certification functions under the MLC, 2006 on behalf of Tuvalu:
