Decision

1. In the light of the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Committee contained in document GB.352/INS/19/5, the Governing Body:
   • (a) approved the report of the Committee;
   • (b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the procedures initiated by the two representations.
