Decision

In the light of the Committee’s conclusions and recommendations, the Governing Body:
- (a) approved the report of the Committee contained in document GB.348/INS/5/4;
- (b) decided to make the report publicly available and to close the procedure initiated by the representation made by the National Federation of Mine, Metal and Steel Workers of Peru (FNTMMSP).
