Report of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Argentina of the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 (No. 155), and the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187)

Decision

1. The Governing Body:
2. On the recommendation of the Committee set up to examine the representation alleging non-observance by Argentina of the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 (No. 155), and the Promotional Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 2006 (No. 187)
   • (a) approved the report of the Committee;
   • (b) reminded the Government that it may avail itself of ILO technical assistance if it deems it appropriate;
   • (c) invited the Government to submit, in its next report to the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations, information related to the above-mentioned conclusions, in particular with regard to the matters covered in paragraphs 21 and 23 of this report; and
   • (d) made the report publicly available and closed the procedure initiated by the representation.
