Decision

Decision
  1. In the light of the conclusions contained in paragraphs 42–60 in the report contained in document GB.326/INS/15/8, the Governing Body:
  2. (a) approved the report;
  3. (b) requested the Government to take account of the observations made in paragraphs 47, 48, 51, 54, 55 and 60 of the report;
  4. (c) requested the Government to submit a report to the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations for examination within the regular reporting cycle;
  5. (d) published the report and declared the representation procedure closed.
