Decision

Decision
  1. In light of the conclusions concerning the issues raised in the representation contained in the report in document GB.326/INS/15/5, the Governing Body:
  2. (a) approved the report;
  3. (b) invited the Government to provide the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations with information on the issues addressed in the report and in the Committee’s conclusions so that the Committee of Experts could examine that information at its 87th Session (November–December 2016);
  4. (c) made the report publicly available and closed the representation procedure.
