Decision

Decision
  1. By a letter of 17.09.1980, the Government of France requested the Governing Body to keep in abeyance the procedure and indicated that the complaints might be withdrawn once Panama had received the technical cooperation requested. At its 54th Session (March 1984), the Committee of Experts noted with satisfaction the legislative measures taken by Panama. The article 26 procedure was never resumed.
