  1. 24. The present case, in which the complainant organization – the Cameroon United Workers Confederation (CTUC) – challenges the content of the Ministerial Order of 9 March 2015 establishing the national classification of trade union confederations in Cameroon further to the elections of staff representatives on 15 January 2014, was examined by the Committee at its June 2016 meeting [see 378th Report, paras 114–131]. On this occasion, the Committee requested the Government to send the decision handed down by the Administrative Tribunal of the Centre in Yaoundé regarding the Ministerial Order of 9 March 2015. In its communication dated 5 March 2020, the Government merely indicates that the complainant confederation was disallowed by the administrative judge.
  2. 25. Noting with regret the brevity of the information provided by the Government, the Committee urges the Government to send the decision handed down by the Administrative Tribunal of the Centre in Yaoundé and to indicate whether the CTUC has appealed against this decision.
