  1. 56. The Committee last examined this case at its March 2015 session [see 374th Report, paras 562–586], when it requested the Government to keep it informed of the outcome of the police inquiry on alleged intimidation of workers of Innodis Ltd to withdraw their trade union membership.
  2. 57. In a communication dated 9 October 2015 the Government informed the Committee that the police inquiry revealed no conflict between the Farm Workers’ Union and the management of Innodis Ltd and the workers did not lodge any further complaint.
  3. 58. The Committee notes the information provided by the Government and considers that the present case calls for no further examination.
