Effect given to the recommendations of the Committee and the Governing Body
  1. 164. The Committee last examined this case at its session in November 2005, when it examined the allegation that taxes were being levied on the Federation of Peruvian Light and Power Workers (FTLFP) as a form of anti-union harassment [see 338th Report, paras 295–299].
  2. 165. In a communication dated 16 August 2006, the FTFLP sent the Committee additional information on the taxes that are claimed from the organization from time to time and alleges that the National Public Records Office is hindering and preventing the inclusion of the national congresses of the FTFLP in the public records.
  3. 166. The Committee requests the Government to send its observations on the matter without delay.
