Allegations

The complainant organization alleges that PT Securicor Indonesia, in the context of a merger with Group 4 Falck, refused to enter into negotiations, committed several acts of anti-union discrimination and harassment, including the dismissal of 308 union officials and members and refused to reinstate them in spite of several court orders to that effect. The complainant also alleges repeated summons for interrogation of trade union officers and members by the police and the Prosecuting Attorney and the lack of adequate procedures to enforce workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining
