The Canadian Labour Congress (CLC), the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE), the British Columbia Government and Service Employees’ Union (BCGSEU), the Health Sciences Association of British Columbia (HSA), the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions (ICFTU) and Public Services International (PSI)

Allegations

The complainants allege that the Government of British Columbia has adopted several pieces of legislation (Bills Nos. 2, 15, 18, 27, 28 and 29) in respect of public service employees, which contravene ILO Conventions and freedom of association principles on collective bargaining.
