The Committee notes the information provided by the Government, which answers the points raised in its previous direct request and has no further matters to raise in this regard.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 2014, published 104th ILC session (2015)

The Committee notes the statistical information supplied by the Government in reply to its previous request concerning collective bargaining in the public service.
Articles 4 and 5 of the Convention. Protection against anti-union discrimination and interference. The Committee requests the Government to communicate, in one of the working languages of the ILO, the text of the specific provisions in the relevant national laws and regulations establishing sanctions and remedies in cases of anti-union discrimination against public employees and of interference against their organizations.

Direct Request (CEACR) - adopted 2012, published 102nd ILC session (2013)

The Committee notes the information provided by the Government in its first report. The Committee requests the Government to provide statistical information on the application of the Convention in practice, including on the number of collective agreements concluded in the public sector, and on the sectors and number of workers covered.
