The Committee notes that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that the next report will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous comments.

Repetition

The Committee takes note of the Government’s first report on the application of the Convention. It notes the complete set of national measures implementing the Convention, including the relevant provisions of the Employment Relations Act, 2013, the Health and Safety at Work Act, the Parental Protection and Family Benefits Act, the Rules concerning preventive medical examinations of workers, the Rules on the organization, material and equipment for first aid at work, the Rules on protection of health at work of pregnant workers and workers who have recently given birth and are breastfeeding, as well as the collective agreement for the trade sector.
