Submission. The Committee notes that the Government has once again not responded to its previous comments. It recalls that in its communication of 25 August 2021, the Government indicated that on 18 June 2021, a tripartite validation event was held to carry out a comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190). The Government added that it was continuing advocacy work towards the ratification of the Convention. While noting the complex situation in the country, the Committee once again expresses the hope that the Government will soon be in a position to provide information on the submission of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session (June 2019).
