Submission. The Committee notes with interest Panama’s ratification of the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) on 1 November 2022, in addition to the ratification of the Labour Inspection Convention, 1969 (No. 129), and the Maternity Protection Convention, 2000, (No. 183), on 22 March 2022. The Committee further notes the information provided by the Government concerning the tripartite consultations held on 2 February 2021 prior to the ratification of Convention No. 190. In addition, it notes that the Violence and Harassment Recommendation, 2019 (No. 206), was submitted to the National Assembly on 1 July 2022. The Committee nevertheless notes that five instruments adopted at the 89th, 90th, 91st, 95th and 96th Sessions of the Conference are still pending submission. It therefore once again recalls that the constitutional obligation of submission is of the highest importance and is a fundamental element of the standards system of the ILO. Accordingly, theCommittee once again reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the National Assembly of the five instruments adopted at the following sessions of the Conference: 89th (Convention No. 184), 90th (Protocol of 2002 to the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981), 91st (Convention No. 185), 95th (Convention No. 187) and 96th (Convention No. 188). The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
