Failure to submit. The Committee notes that the Government has once again not responded to its previous comments. It refers to its comments made since 2013 and once again requests the Government to provide information on any action taken by the State Duma in connection with the submission of three Conventions, nine Recommendations and the Protocol adopted by the Conference at eight sessions held between 2001 and 2012, as well as the three instruments submitted to the State Duma on 27 June 2016. In addition, the Committee once more reiterates its request that the Government provide information on the submission to the State Duma of the Employment and Decent Work for Peace and Resilience Recommendation, 2017 (No. 205), adopted by the Conference at its 106th Session. It also requests the Government to provide information with respect to the submission to the State Duma of the Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190) and its Recommendation (No. 206), 2019, adopted by the Conference at its 108th Session. The Committee trusts that the Government will provide the information requested without further delay.
