The Committee notes that the Government’s report has not been received. It hopes that the next report will contain full information on the matters raised in its previous comments.
Repetition
Article 1 of the Convention. Protection against acts of anti-union discrimination. In its previous comments, the Committee noted that, according to the Government, the legislation does not establish penalties for acts of anti-union discrimination and it requested the Government to take the necessary measures to establish penalties in law that are sufficiently effective and dissuasive for acts of anti-union discrimination against workers’ representatives.Regretting that it has not received any information on this subject from the Government, the Committee reiterates its request and hopes that the Government will make every effort to adopt the necessary measures in the near future.
